Since 1997, we have been committed to empowering organizations with innovative technology and reliable support to drive business success. *Start Date: Sep 14, 2026* *End Date: Dec 31, 2026* *Description* As a contingent worker supporting the New Verticals Catalog team, you will help manage the end-to-end catalog build and update process for new vertical merchants on DoorDash. You will work from assigned ticket queues, follow established SOPs, and use spreadsheets and internal tools to standardize, analyze, and prepare catalog data for upload. You will also validate completed work, identify and resolve data-quality issues, and escalate blockers when needed to help the team meet turnaround-time and service-level expectations. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective time and queue management, comfort navigating ambiguity, and experience using spreadsheets to organize and analyze data. The ideal candidate can learn new processes quickly, follow detailed instructions, and consistently deliver accurate work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. There likely will not be an opportunity for conversion to a full-time role, but there is a possibility of extending the contract once it ends.
