The Global Digital Marketing team is looking for an Assistant who is equally passionate about film, marketing, digital and entertainment and is eager to learn more while working in the fast-paced and exciting world of Digital Marketing. The Administrative Assistant will report to the EVP, Digital Marketing & SVP, Digital Marketing. This position will have varied responsibilities while simultaneously fulfilling all digital marketing support functions. Handle administrative tasks for the EVP and SVP of the Digital Department Scheduling, phones, conference calls, travel, etc. Track department budgets, expenses, and process invoices Assist in creating presentations for creative reviews and senior executive/filmmaker meetings Support the management of the studio's website and social handles Aid the Digital Marketing department by maintaining shared internal documents Provide on-ground support at premieres, influencer screenings, and specialty events Obtain studio lot drive-on guest passes for the EVP's and SVP's visitors Reserve conference rooms, assist in the setup of meeting rooms including technical/computer hardware Qualifications 1+ years of relevant assistant experience Familiarity with social media platforms is required Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Keynote Desired Characteristics 4-year college degree in marketing or a related field preferred Strong time-management skills with a sharp attention to detail A self-starter and strong team player who can take initiative with minimal direction Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities Strong follow-through Additional Requirements Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
