This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position.This role requires travel to various client homes. Contractors must maintain a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and communication while representing GP Cleaning Services.This position does not offer employee benefits. However, mileage reimbursement is provided for qualifying travel between job sites.We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and consistently deliver exceptional results.ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed residential cleaning in client homes according to GP Cleaning Services standards and checklistsComplete deep cleaning tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, dusting, and surface sanitationTravel to various job locations throughout the assigned service areaCommunicate professionally with clients and management regarding arrival times, job updates, or concernsFollow all company policies including confidentiality, smoke-free standards, and dress code requirementsMaintain cleaning equipment and supplies in organized conditionReport any damages, issues, or safety concerns immediatelyEnsure each home meets high-quality standards before leaving the job siteRequirementsPrevious residential cleaning experience preferredReliable transportation requiredValid driver's license preferredAbility to travel between job locationsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and maintain high quality standardsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPhysical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periodsPosition DetailsPart-TimeIndependent Contractor (1099)No benefits providedMileage reimbursement for qualified travelFlexible scheduling based on availability and business needsNo guaranteed minimum hours
