This role blends strategic planning with hands-on content creation and performance analysis, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and business goalsPlan, create, and manage high-quality content (copy, graphics, short-form video, and multimedia) across social platformsOwn the content calendar, ensuring timely, consistent, and relevant publishingManage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and audience interactionCollaborate with marketing, creative, and internal stakeholders to support campaigns, launches, and initiativesAnalyze performance metrics and platform insights to optimize content, cadence, and channel strategyStay current on social trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform strategy and experimentationMaintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social channelsRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience developing and managing social media strategies for brands or organizationsStrong content creation and copywriting skills with an eye for storytellingExperience managing multiple social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X)Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insightsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with social media management and analytics toolsBasic understanding of paid social and influencer collaborationsFamiliarity with brand, campaign, or agency environments
