If your passion is managing and developing staff to ensure quality care and to help our clients live their best life, we encourage you to apply today!ResponsibilitiesCoaches and mentors direct support staffWorks to create a positive work environment and proper deployment of direct support staffAddresses and corrects health, safety, and environmental concerns and reports safety and maintenance concerns as neededEnsures clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documentedProvides oversight of dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shoppingEnsures protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followedEnsures medication administration records are current and ensures medical appointments are scheduled and metMonitors the budgets and finances of the person(s) servedCollects and reports management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operationsImplements fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resourcesMonitors employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheetsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required (Exceptions to educational requirements must comply with state law and regulations)Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders preferredMinimum age requirement is 18 yearsSalary RangeUSD $16.00 / Year
