About the role:Full-Time | On-Site | San Francisco, CACompensation: $130,000 – $180,000 + Competitive EquityA fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup is hiring an exceptional Growth hire to help build the brand, content engine, and growth experiments that establish the company as the category leader in its space.This is an opportunity to join a breakout startup at an early stage, working directly with founders and GTM leadership to define the narrative, own strategic content, and build the growth playbook from the ground up.The company is already at multi-seven-figure ARR, growing ~50% month-over-month, and backed by top-tier investors.What you'll do:Define and refine the company’s core narrative to establish category leadershipOwn creation of high-leverage content and collateral including case studies, blogs, landing pages, and sales enablement materialsPartner with GTM leadership to run data-driven growth experiments across content, brand, and field marketingDevelop and execute the company’s end-to-end event strategyBuild materials that sharpen sales narratives, proof points, and messagingEstablish foundational growth systems, channels, editorial voice, and testing frameworksWhat we're looking for:1–4 years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, Content, or related roles at a high-growth B2B SaaS startupStrong analytical and creative thinkingExceptional written communication and storytelling abilityTrack record of creating campaigns/content/assets that drove measurable business outcomesComfort operating in high-agency, fast-paced startup environmentsBonus: Experience making complex or “unsexy” industries feel compelling and urgentWhy join:Hyper-growth company with elite backing and strong tractionSmall, high-performance team with direct founder exposureOpportunity to shape the company’s brand and GTM engine from the ground upSignificant ownership and autonomy from day one
