Job Description Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional, patient-centric preventative care and periodontal therapy. You will work alongside our dentists to assess oral health, formulate customized treatment plans, and educate patients on maintaining optimal oral hygiene.As a modern practice, we heavily utilize advanced digital technology and prioritize patient comfort. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about using cutting-edge tools to elevate patient care and streamline clinical operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough oral evaluations, prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.Assess periodontal health, document conditions, and develop individualized periodontal therapies.Capture high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images.Educate patients on oral health, nutritional choices, and customized home-care routines.Maintain meticulous, accurate electronic patient charts and treatment notes.Sterilize instruments and maintain compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols.Job RequirementsLicensure: Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice.Clinical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive periodontal probing and detailed periodontal charting (including pocket depths, recession, bleeding points, and furcation).Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to build patient trust and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.Preferred QualificationsAnesthesia & Nitrous Oxide Certification: Local Anesthesia endorsement and Nitrous Oxide monitoring/administration certification is highly preferred to maximize patient comfort.iTero Scanning Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with iTero digital scanners for wellness scans, restorative tracking, and Invisalign simulations.ERP / Practice Management Software: Experience navigating advanced dental ERP platforms or centralized, multi-site practice management systems is a strong plus.FREE DENTAL CARE FOR EMPLOYEE MAJOR HOLIDAYS OFF
