Project Coordinator

Position Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and oversee department projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Our team operates with a set of core values that guide everything we do: accountability, integrity, alignment, partnership, innovation, and results.Objectives:·      Planning, Scheduling, and Tracking Project Timeline and Deliverables·      Coordinate with Clients to Gather Project Requirements and Ensure Alignment with Expectations·      Monitor Progress on Multiple Projects to Ensure Deadlines are Met·      Serve as Primary Liaison Between Clients and Internal Team Members·      Assign Tasks and Monitor Workloads of Team Members·      Maintain Regular Communication with Clients·      Conduct Regular Check-ins with Team Members to Address Roadblocks·      Prepare and Present Progress Reports, Timelines, and Project Documentation·      Address Client Concerns Promptly and Escalate Issues When Necessary·      Ensure Deliverables Meet Both Client Expectations and Internal StandardsCompetencies:·      Experience with Asana and Slack·      Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)·      Budget & Resource Tracking·      Organization & Time Management·      Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills·      Problem Solving & Adaptability·      Commitment to Delivering High Quality Results·      Critical Thinking & Decision MakingEducation & Experience:·      Associates Degree in Related Field
