In this position, you will coordinate customer or internal system implementations from setup through launch. The work supports customer service, administrative coordination, operational support, scheduling, records, and project work. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.ResponsibilitiesMaintain implementation plans, milestones, requirements, owners, dependencies, and launch dates.Gather configuration, data, access, workflow, and integration requirements from the relevant stakeholders.Coordinate setup, testing, training, data preparation, and issue resolution before go-live.Track open implementation questions, risks, blockers, and required decisions and escalate delays promptly.Document configuration choices, test results, handoff notes, and launch readiness.Support post-launch follow-up and ensure unresolved items are transferred to the correct support owner.RequirementsStrong project coordination, customer communication, organization, and documentation skills.Comfort using implementation, project-management, ticketing, spreadsheet, and collaboration tools.Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical tasks across multiple stakeholders.Good judgment about dependencies, launch risks, and escalation timing.Strong follow-through on milestones, testing, documentation, and handoffs.A pre-employment background check is required.To apply, submit your resume and complete our online application form.
