Administrative Support First Coast Security Solutions provides security services nationwide. We are seeking a Administrative Support to support daily operations for the Library of Congress located in Washington, D.C, Maryland and Virginia This role will provide administrative support, coordination and assistance with operational needs. Responsibilities Provide administrative and office support. Maintain personnel files and site documentation. Assist with audits and inspections. Support operational coordination and assist with day to day tasks. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications U.S. citizen Must have prior administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a team. Ability to multitask. Office-based duties requiring the ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
