RH is seeking a Residential Trade Leader to grow and lead the interior design trade business within our Gallery. RH Residential Trade Leaders have a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury. They understand the importance of attracting and retaining talent who uphold the same personal standards and passions. Residential Trade Leaders are expected to deliver first-class service to our client and our teams, creating a luxury experience.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLive Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every dayGrow and lead the interior design trade business within the GalleryBuild, lead, educate and inspire an effective and successful team dedicated to servicing the interior design tradeWork in partnership with the Gallery Leader to develop strategies for the trade businessLead and oversee multiple trade projects of varying size and scope Learn and communicate the RH design point of view and product assortmentRepresent RH at design community events and through consistent networkingRemain current on all local and global design publications and industry trendsSupport RH's growing trade business in other Galleries by sharing learnings and best practicesOUR REQUIREMENTS5+ years experience in a high-end interior design showroom or similar luxury settingResults-driven with proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a teamSuperior organization and leadership skillsExceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience gaining insights from mistakes, seeking constructive feedback from colleagues and leaders to improve resultsCommitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detailProficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google ApplicationsAbility to read and understand floor plansMust have clean driving record (MVR) and current driver's licenseAbility to travel locally and out of statePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items, up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniquesAbility to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and officePosition entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbingAbout UsRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
