Business Development Associate
This role focuses on B2B outside sales, including face-to-face prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship building. You will work closely with the recruitment team to deliver effective staffing solutions while driving new business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive field-based B2B prospecting and client acquisitionDirect, in-person sales engagement with decision-makersManage and grow territory-based accountsDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet targetsConduct market research, networking, and lead generationBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsPrepare sales reports and negotiate contractsPartner with internal teams to ensure client satisfactionMust-Have Qualifications2.5–4 years’ experience in sales, business development, and account managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with recruitment teamsProficiency in CRM software and sales toolsExperience in sales reporting and contract negotiationNice to HaveBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPrior experience in the staffing industry
