Your Responsibilities:Create and implement customized treatment plans for patients with varying conditions.Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and progress.Work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.Maintain accurate documentation and patient records according to industry standards.Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through continuous education and training.RequirementsQualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
