This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records and stock countsReceive, unpack, label, and restock incoming materialsProcess inventory transfers and return-to-stock transactionsPerform cycle counts and inventory reconciliationsInvestigate inventory discrepancies and assist with corrective actionsSupport material movement between receiving, inspection, stockroom, production, and shippingUpdate inventory data within ERP systemsPrepare kits and materials for production using pick lists and routersGenerate inventory-related reports and documentationMaintain organized and safe inventory storage areasFollow company safety, environmental, and quality proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required3–5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP systems preferred (SAP experience is a plus)Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skillsAbility to perform inventory analysis and reconciliationForklift experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)Additional RequirementsDue to federal compliance regulations, applicants must qualify as a "U.S. Person" under ITAR guidelines.
