Couples Counselor/Marriage Therapist

Are you passionate about helping couples navigate the complexities of relationships, trauma, and depression? We're seeking a dedicated therapist with 2+ years of experience in couples counseling to join our thriving practice. The therapist would receive referrals and work in a beautiful office suite with other big-hearted therapists. The ideal candidate has a desire for the independence of private practice without the hassle of marketing and seeking out clients. Case consultation, training and guidance around the role are offered if needed. This therapist would ideally desire 10-25 clients, per week and prepares their own schedule based on availability. Training in Gottman, EMDR, and/or EFT is preferred but not necessary. Most clients prefer to be seen in person, but some remote opportunity is available. All billing, marketing and office maintenance will be handled by the practice. The office will provide water, coffee and tea in an inviting waiting room. Responsibilities Respond to therapy inquiries with 15-minute consultation calls Schedule your own clients accordingly Provide psychotherapy to couples and individuals Communicate availability with the practice owner Qualifications Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar. Therapists working towards their licensure may also be considered. Experience doing couples/relationship/marriage counseling. Therapy experience required. Weekend Flexibility: Candidates must be able to temporarily work weekends to until new office space opens up.
