Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with the caregiving team, patients, and families to provide the highest level of care. At MAS Home Care we work as a team with patients and their families to provide the highest quality of care. Our goal is to ensure the health and safety of our clients while promoting independence. This role takes a special kind of person who is patient, trusting, communicative, and empathetic.Job Details:Competitive pay, up to $35/hour availableParticipate in administrative responsibilities, including documentation and communication with the office team, with paid admin time providedConsistent full-time hours: MondayFriday, 7:30 am3:30 pmWeekends not requiredEvaluate clients and develop care plans for clinical and non-clinical teams to followProvide training and education to patients, families, and care teams to ensure safety in the home and promote independence.Work alongside the care team to develop care plans and complete documentationAssist with promoting client independence and healingDemonstrates competency in carrying out patient care/treatmentsRequirements:Must have an active RN license in the state of Maine1 to 2 years prior experienceActive CPR certificationValid driver's license and reliable transportationClean driving record and background checkPer State regulations, flu vaccinations are mandatory unless medical exemption is presentedMAS Home Care is an equal opportunity employer.
