We built an automated grading system from the ground up — one that aims to eliminate subjectivity, documents every flaw, and gives collectors the clarity and confidence legacy graders never could. We're growing fast, investing heavily, and building the infrastructure to match the trust our collectors have placed in us.The RoleWe're hiring our first dedicated marketing hire to execute TAG's day-to-day social and community presence. Working closely with our CMO, you'll ship the content, manage the inbound, run the giveaways, and keep the TAG voice consistent across every channel we live on. Strategy and creative direction come from above — your job is to make it happen, quickly and well. You'll partner with our designer/content creator for polished visual work, but you'll be the writer, planner, and community presence day-to-day.What You'll DoExecute the content calendar across Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, etc.Draft captions, copy, and post-level content against creative direction from leadershipCapture quick-turn content from the grading floor (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes moments) and create simple graphics in Canva as neededManage day-to-day DMs, comments, and replies — escalating sensitive moments as neededExecute giveaways, campaigns, and partnership content as initiatives come onlineSupport influencer and creator outreachBrief and coordinate (or self-produce) with designers/content creator on polished assets and video productionRun weekly performance reportingWhat We're Looking ForThis is not an entry-level role. We're hiring someone who's already done this work professionally and is ready to step into a role where they can move quickly without close oversight.3–6 years of professional experience running social media for a brand, company, or agency — not personal accounts or side projects. You've owned a brand's content calendar, voice, and community at scale.Genuine fluency in trading cards, collectibles, or an adjacent hobby community (sneakers, comics, sports memorabilia, gaming)Strong writer with a portfolio of work you've shippedWorking comfort with Canva and basic in-platform content capture (Reels, Stories, TikTok)Calm and considered in public-facing momentsStrong executor who takes direction well and ships fastWhat We OfferHybrid schedule, 3+ days at our Marina del Rey officeCompetitive base, full benefits, and growth path on a marketing team being built from the ground up at a company with explosive growth.
