Plant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager III to oversee all operations within a high-volume poultry processing facility. They will be responsible for the successful execution of production across three shifts, maintenance, quality assurance, safety, logistics, and continuous process improvement. They must ensure maximum operational efficiency, strict food safety compliance, and actively drive cost control and talent development within the management teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage comprehensive daily plant operations across production, maintenance, shipping/receiving, and sanitation departments.
Drive robust Quality Assurance (QA), Food Safety, and compliance programs in line with all federal and local regulatory standards.
Review and analyze cost, performance, and efficiency data to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Oversee capital projects, manage comprehensive plant budgeting, and direct Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives.
Support workforce development, talent mapping, succession planning, and employee retention programs.
Ensure consistent communication, promote a high level of safety awareness, and enforce operational discipline across all three shifts.
Motivate, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve operational excellence and meet strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field (required).
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment (poultry preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with SAP (preferred).
Willingness to travel (approximately 6–11 trips per year).
