Join the visionary team at Tamnoon and help us shape the future of cloud security!As the Head of Remediation Research, you will serve as the driving force behind Tamnoon’s remediation intelligence. Equal parts cloud security practitioner, automation builder, and customer-focused leader, you blend strategic oversight with hands‑on execution. You’ll roll up your sleeves daily—diving into workflows, building logic, supporting escalations—while guiding a high‑performing team toward world‑class remediation outcomes. You will partner deeply with Product and Engineering, and ensure our research, investigation processes, and remediation frameworks are sharp, scalable, and rooted in real customer needs.What You Will Get to Do
Leadership & Hands‑On ExecutionLead the Remediation Research team through a blend of strategic direction and hands‑on technical workRoll up your sleeves to support and resolve escalations, troubleshooting complex customer challenges directlyAllocate workloads effectively, ensuring smooth daily operations across research, triage, and investigationGuide customers through complex cloud security workflows and remediation stepsLead weekly/bi‑weekly customer sessions focused on measurable remediation outcomesManage post‑sales technical communication and deliver QBRsBuild a culture grounded in technical depth, curiosity, operational excellence, and continuous improvementResearch, Product & R&D CollaborationProvide a continuous stream of remediation insights, patterns, and improvement opportunities to Product & EngineeringValidate remediation logic, edge cases, and decision flows to ensure accuracy and scaleInfluence and contribute to new feature development based on frontline findings
