If you're looking for a role that combines engineering expertise, project leadership, and hands-on problem-solving, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a rapidly expanding organization. *Why Join D-Riven?* *Travel Benefits* ✅ Company-paid hotels, flights, and rental vehicles ✅ $70 daily per diem ✅ Mileage reimbursement at $0.76 per mile for approved business travel ✅ Travel planning and logistics coordinated by the company ✅ Opportunity to work on diverse industrial projects nationwide *Compensation & Benefits* ✅ Competitive salary starting at $101,000 ✅ 120 hours of PTO annually ✅ Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance ✅ Company-paid Life Insurance ✅ 401(k) with company match ✅ Flexible Spending Account (FSA) ✅ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ✅ Benefits effective the first day of the month following hire ✅ Career advancement opportunities within a growing engineering organization *What You'll Do* As a *Senior Operations Engineer,* you'll serve as the technical leader for assigned industrial projects and ensure successful execution from planning through completion. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead technically complex industrial engineering projects * Coordinate project scope development, estimating, planning, and execution activities * Support Project Engineers and Program Managers in developing schedules, timelines, and resource plans * Review engineering drawings, schematics, utility requirements, and construction documents * Lead engineering design reviews with customers, vendors, and project stakeholders * Interface with municipalities, inspectors, contractors, and vendors * Develop workforce and resource plans to support project execution * Direct multidisciplinary teams including: * Electrical * Mechanical * HVAC * Plumbing * Rigging * Concrete and Masonry * Provide leadership to electricians, controls technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, QA/QC requirements, and customer specifications * Review technical reports and project documentation * Mentor Project Engineers and Team Leads * Communicate project progress, risks, and updates directly with customers * Drive project quality, performance, and customer satisfaction *What We're Looking For* *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field * 3+ years of experience as an Operations Engineer, Project Engineer, Technical Manager, Maintenance Manager, or similar role in an industrial environment * Strong project leadership and team management experience * Experience working with multidisciplinary industrial projects * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical standards * Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project * Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills * Ability to travel 70-80% nationwide for extended assignments *Preferred Qualifications* * Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certifications * Business Management or Organizational Leadership training * Experience leading industrial installation, expansion, relocation, or modernization projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $101,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Are you eligible to work in the US without sponsorship? * What are your compensation requirements? * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mech.
