Thermo Tech Mechanical Inc is seeking to hire an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support our growing service and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with strong diagnostic, repair and installation capabilities across a wide range of mechanical systems. 10 years of mechanical HVAC experienceProven ability to service maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems.Valid NYS Torch License (Certificate of Fitness FDNY)Experience working in:Retail buildingsOffice BuildingsHigh-end Residential homesMutli-family propertiesGovernment facilitiesHands-on experience with the following systems:Roofing Units (RTU)Split systemsVRF systemsRefrigeration systemsCompressorsPTAC UnitsPumpsUnit ventilatorsSpace heaters/convectorsChilled water/hot water systemsVAV Systems & controlsCompensation & Benefits:Hourly pay $35.00 - $40.00 based on experience Paid vacation Paid sick leave 401(k) retirement planThis position requires a highly skilled, self-motivated technician capable of working independently, night shifts, overtime, on call, interacting professionally with clients, and maintaining high standards of workmanship & safety.
