Our plaintiff-side employment practice is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower matters.Position SummaryThis role offers robust litigation experience in a supportive environment where your voice and perspective matter.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport case evaluation, strategy development, and legal researchDraft complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefsParticipate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences with partner guidanceWork directly with clients to understand their experiences and goalsAssist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trialCollaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and intake team membersPerform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomesKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent writing, research, and analytical skillsPassion for representing employees and advancing workplace justiceStrong communication skills and comfort working with clientsOrganized, adaptable, and eager to growEducation & ExperienceRecent law school graduate or early-career attorneyLicensed in Nevada or awaiting bar resultsExperience in employment law (internships/clinics) a plus
