The role involves setup, operation, and troubleshooting of conference room and event-based audiovisual equipment.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operation of AV systems in meeting rooms and event spacesSet up, configure, and troubleshoot audio, video, and conferencing equipmentProvide event support including preparation, live execution, and teardownWork with technologies such as Crestron, Shure, and DanteResolve basic AV issues and escalate when neededEnsure AV systems are functional and ready for business useQualificationsPrior experience in AV support or similar technical roleFamiliarity with Crestron, Shure, and Dante systems preferredBasic understanding of AV setup, signal flow, and conferencing toolsStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to support events and work in a fast-paced environment
