If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, continually seek process improvements and a strong sense of customer service, then this is the right type of environment for you.   Summary The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for accounts receivable and related functions, ensuring proper cutoff, revenue recognition, timely submission of invoices to our customers and timely collections. As the AR Manager, you will implement and centralize standards for accounts receivable and the credit and collections processes.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform new and existing customer financial risk reviews and risk mitigation activities within assigned authorization levels and recommend credit lines  Complete new and existing supplier counter-party financial risk reviews  Create and execute monthly AR cash forecasts  Manage customer invoice and deduction collection activities  Manage assigned orders and credit hold reports  Provide weekly/monthly operational and metrics reporting    The position responsibilities outlined above are not to be construed as all encompassing. Other duties and responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.  Knowledge and Skill Requirements Bachelor’s degree required  8-10+ years relevant Accounts Receivable experience  Ability to recommend new procedures and follow through with the implementation process required Strong working knowledge of Excel  High degree of accuracy and confidentiality in processing all information  Must be a problem solver who consistently demonstrates initiative and strong attention to detail  Excellent written and communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to colleagues and leadership  Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment  NetSuite experience preferred  Compensation: $90,000-110,000 Sara Lee Frozen Bakery offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your whole-life well-being.
