We’re committed to innovation, quality, and teamwork — and we’re looking for people who share that passion.Cold Heading Machine Operator1ST and 2ND Shift6:00am to 2:30pm Mon- Fri2:00pm to 12:30am Mon- Thu.Pay: 18.00-28.00-per hour (based on experience)Location: Kentwood, MichiganPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Cold Heading Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain cold heading equipment, including 1-die 2-blow (Hartford and Nakamashad’s) and 4- or 5-station (ChunZu and National Machinery) machines. This role ensures the efficient production of high-quality, precision-formed products that meet customer specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and adjust cold heading machines according to part drawings and dimensional requirements.Monitor part dimensions and quality using assigned gauges, micrometers, and calipers.Perform and record machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality within tolerance.Lubricate and grease machines regularly to ensure optimal performance.Complete daily maintenance checklists and production reports accurately and on time.Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain safety and efficiency.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Position RequirementsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.Ability to read and interpret customer prints and dimensional charts.Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.Prior cold heading experience strongly preferred.Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Flexible spending and health savings accounts Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Referral programWork Location: In person – Kentwood, MIJob Type: Full-timeGlobal manufacturer of screws and fixings.We are committed in delivering high-end innovative products that contribute to reduce time of assembly and installation to our customers delivering cost savings.
