As our Member Service Representative, youll be the go-to person for our members financial needs, offering personalized solutions while adhering to our credit unions policies and goals.Your Key Responsibilities:Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.Sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail including notices and memoranda.Operates mail machines including the postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding and inserting machine.Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.Replenishes postage on the postage meter as needed.Stocks supplies needed for the mailroom.What Were Looking For:A high school diploma or GEDA current drivers licenseReady to Make a Difference?If youre passionate about supporting your community and eager to grow your career with a team that truly cares, we want to hear from you!
