Our goal is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for providing clinical expertise, leadership, feedback, insights, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.In your role, you will ensure that:Client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, experience meaningful progress, and are satisfied with our offerings. Your direct services will include Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), oversight of assigned client cases, and consultation or coverage for cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).Your clinical team benefits from high-quality professional development and achieves success in their roles, tailored to their experience and professional growth. You will provide oversight, feedback, mentoring, and encouragement to cultivate skilled Program Managers and Interventionists, maximizing their effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week/110 hours per month).Supervise your Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours per week (120 hours per month).Deliver quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across clients, settings, and funding sources, including direct observation and necessary protocol modifications.Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, to create and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations and objectives.Provide supervision and complete documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates, as required.Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based treatment plans.Offer accurate skill assessments and direct feedback through Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members (i.e., Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers).Provide training as necessary to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST): discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.If applicable, attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and/or interdisciplinary team meetings, presenting proposed goals, objectives, behavioral interventions, and potential modifications/adaptations as appropriate.If applicable, collaborate with school personnel by conducting student observations, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, implementing necessary training, and offering regular follow-up support as authorized.Required Skills:Strong skills in ABA and clinical practicesSelf-motivated: Capable of consistently scheduling and attending client appointments and clinical team meetings with reliability and punctualityExcellent written and verbal communication: Clear language, accurate grammar, and spellingStrong time management abilities: Understands how to balance billable and non-billable hours, as well as onsite (direct) and in-office (indirect) supervision hoursExceptional interpersonal skills: Builds rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering connections between the clinical team and client familiesTeam-oriented attitude and customer service focus: Aligns with organizational practices and serves client families and colleagues, regardless of their positionAbility to give and receive constructive feedbackBilingual skills are a plus, with Spanish preferredService Areas: Midtown Sacramento, Arden West, Rosemont, Riverview, and nearby regionsClosing Statement:If you have experience in any of the following areas, we encourage you to apply:Behavior Analysis, Autism, Social Learning, Social Skills, Developmental Conditions, Psychology, Sociology, Social Services, Children, ABA, Applied Behavior Analysis, BCBAOur organization values a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
