🚨 Emergency Department Nurse ManagerMassachusetts (MA) Community Hospital | Leadership OpportunityHealthLinx is partnering with a respected community hospital in Massachusetts to identify a dynamic Emergency Department Nurse Manager to lead a high-impact ED that plays a vital role in its region.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ED leader who values hands-on leadership, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and making a real difference in a close‑knit community setting.💼 Position OverviewThe Emergency Department Nurse Manager is responsible for the operational, clinical, and administrative leadership of a 15‑bed Emergency Department with approximately 26,000 annual visits. The department provides 24/7 emergency care, including trauma stabilization and rapid transfer via helipad to a tertiary medical center.
