If you're looking for a position with strategic influence, team leadership, and ownership over R&D direction and investment, this is an outstanding opportunity to elevate your career.Key Responsibilities: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on developing new VFDs, power electronics and control technologiesDrive research and development initiatives aligned with business strategy and long-term growth plansEvaluate emerging technologies in power electronics, embedded systems, and control softwareRecommend and prioritize R&D investments to maintain competitive advantageDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for engineering initiativesOversee engineering budgets, capital planning, and project expendituresCollaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful product developmentEstablish strong relationships with internal business units, suppliers, and external partnersLead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes and team performanceSupport product issue resolution, including failure analysis and corrective actionsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)7+ years of experience in power electronics, controls, or related technologies5+ years of experience leading product development teams or technical projectsProven track record of delivering complex engineering projects and driving business resultsStrong understanding of power electronics, embedded systems, and control technologiesExperience managing engineering budgets, capital planning, and financial performanceProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systemsWillingness and ability to travel up to 20%Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
