This role is responsible for ensuring that partner programs, events, and campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with a high level of quality.You will play a key role in enabling demand generation and strategic partner initiatives by managing event logistics, coordinating workflows, and supporting the execution of partner marketing programs. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Event Logistics & Execution (Primary Responsibility)Support end-to-end logistics for partner-related events, including:Booth installation and dismantleShipping and inventory managementVendor coordinationSwag and printed materialsElectric, internet, and booth setupManage timelines, checklists, and execution readinessSupport onsite execution and troubleshoot logistical issues as needed2. Post-Event OperationsSupport:Lead list collection and formattingList imports into CRM and marketing systemsLead routing coordinationEnsure accurate and timely data flow to sales teams3. Partner Program ExecutionSupport the execution and maintenance of partner marketing programs, including:Toolkit updatesCo-branded assetsPartner marketplace initiativesEnsure materials are current, accurate, and accessible4. Growth & Maintain Account SupportSupport partner marketing initiatives for growth and maintain-phase accountsExecute:Direct mail campaignsAsset updatesEvent coordinationOngoing partner requests5. Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with:Partner demand generationBackground screening partner marketingStrategic partner initiativesHelp ensure alignment across timelines, deliverables, and execution6.
