Director of Partnerships & Community RelationsThis role is part relationship-builder, part storyteller, part strategist, and part organized follow-through machine. We are seeking someone who believes community events can genuinely improve a city, strengthen local pride, support youth and environmental education, and create meaningful partnerships between businesses, nonprofits, artists, and the public.The Ever Wonder produces community experiences throughout Vallejo and Solano County including environmental festivals, youth events, art activations, cultural celebrations, and public gathering spaces. This role will also support sponsorship and partnership efforts connected to the Winged Migration Expo and related collaborative programming.We are building a long-term sponsorship and development system that supports multiple annual events under one coordinated vision.Flexible Schedule up to Full-TimeHybrid Remote + In-Person Meetings/EventsJob Site Location: Vallejo, CAAbout The Role: The Development & Partnerships Coordinator will help grow and maintain sponsorships, community partnerships, grants, and donor relationships for multiple events and initiatives produced under The Ever Wonder Community Benefit Fund and affiliated community programming.This role requires someone who can:build authentic relationshipscommunicate professionallyfollow through consistentlyorganize timelines, budgets, and deliverablesthink creatively about partnershipshelp businesses and organizations feel connected to meaningful community impactThis is not simply a sales role.
