Role Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Counselor for a full-time, on-site position located in Prior Lake, MN. The counselor will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing therapy services—including individual and relationship counseling—and collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate case management records and delivering care that aligns with best practices and ethical standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management processesStrong knowledge and experience in Mental Health and PsychologyCompetence in providing Relationship Counseling and therapeutic interventionsLicensed or certified in mental health counseling or a related field (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clientsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related disciplineExperience working with diverse populations and promoting an inclusive environment
