Construction Supervisor
Job Title: Construction Supervisor
Location: Amarillo, Texas
Type: 12 month Contract
Compensation: $55.00 - $58.50 per hour
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 50.0 hours per week
Per Diem: $178/day
Responsibilities
Provide daily on-site supervision during project overhauls.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and plant personnel.
Monitor construction activities including welding, scaffolding, painting, and equipment installation.
Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially during critical lifts.
Compile weekly reports and track project documentation (e.g., weld x-ray reports).
Travel to multiple sites including Amarillo, Lubbock, Earth (TX), and Hobbs (NM).
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in power generation or heavy industry.
Mechanical or civil background preferred; familiarity with power plant components (boilers, turbines, condensers).
Experience with critical lifts and vendor oversight.
Ability to travel and work on-site 5–6 days per week.
