This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to highly regulated, mission-critical programs where reliability, precision, and system integrity are central to success.The organization is seeking a Verification & Validation Engineer to support complex system development efforts across the full engineering lifecycle. This role combines requirements-based verification, model-based simulation, hardware testing, and integrated system validation in support of advanced engineering programs.Key Responsibilities:Perform analysis, evaluation, and testing of system development lifecycle deliverablesReview requirements specifications, traceability, and verification coverageEvaluate design verification outputs and ensure adequacy of supporting evidenceDevelop and execute test procedures at element, module, and system levelsSupport simulation and model-based testing activities within MATLAB/Simulink environmentsExecute module and integrated system testing using lab equipment, I/O simulation, and test harnessesCollaborate with systems, software, hardware, and quality teams to ensure compliance with rigorous engineering and quality standardsSupport technical reporting, issue resolution, and project milestone executionDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field5+ years of Verification & Validation or systems testing experienceExperience with requirements-based development and traceability methodologiesFamiliarity with MATLAB, Simulink, and model-based development approachesHands-on experience with electronics lab equipment and integrated system testingBackground in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, aerospace, defense, industrial controls, or other safety-critical industries preferredThis is an opportunity to work on engineering programs where robust verification, disciplined systems thinking, and high-assurance design practices directly support technologies with meaningful real-world impact.
