This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers an engaging opportunity to support the communication development of elementary students in a supportive school environment. Located in Grass Valley, CA, this contract role spans approximately 160-170 days at a single elementary site, providing the chance to work closely with a caseload of around 40-45 students from transitional kindergarten through fifth grade.Key Responsibilities:Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress.Monitor and document student progress regularly.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to student education plans.Desired Qualifications:Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and certification.Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting.Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention techniques.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain a collaborative approach with school staff and families.Benefits:Competitive compensation ranging from $60 to $70 per hour.Full-time contract providing consistent scheduling.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' academic and social development.Work within a welcoming and supportive school community.
