Rust Developer - to 200k!

Salary is 150k to 200k + bonusWe are seeking an experienced Rust Developer to join our engineering team. This role requires strong skills in building and consuming APIs using Rust, along with a solid understanding of system-level programming and performance optimization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing reliable, high-performance backend services, and integrating with various internal and external APIs.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using RustBuild and consume RESTful and/or gRPC APIs to support business functionalityWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practicesOptimize code for performance, reliability, and scalabilityCollaborate with product managers, DevOps, and other developers across the stackPerform code reviews, write unit and integration testsTroubleshoot and debug production issuesContribute to technical documentation and architectural decisionsRequirements:Proficiency in Rust with experience in building production-grade applicationsStrong experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs (REST or gRPC)Familiarity with web frameworks in Rust (e.g., Actix, Axum, Rocket)Good understanding of HTTP, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and API securityExperience with asynchronous programming in Rust (e.g., Tokio)Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and query optimizationVersion control using Git and working within collaborative environmentsAbility to write well-tested and well-documented codeStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detaisNice to Have:Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Background in systems programming, blockchain, or high-throughput environmentsExposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
