Systems Engineer

Payrate: $55.00- $60.00/hr. Summary:As an IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical stability and performance of our IT systems. You will collaborate closely with various departments within Ads to deliver reliable solutions that support business functions. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to strategic IT initiatives and ensure seamless integration across departments and teams.You will work with a highly skilled team of engineers to design, implement, and maintain critical IT infrastructure and business systems. Your expertise will help ensure that we are equipped to meet our technical and business goals with efficient, scalable, and secure systems. Responsibilities:Implement, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure and systems (Okta, Atlassian, Slack, AWS, Office 365) that support business operations.Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to business needs.Troubleshoot and resolve IT system issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Monitor the performance and health of IT systems and networks, ensuring they meet internal and external standards.Contribute to the design and implementation of IT projects, from planning to execution.Ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of business data and information systems.Support the deployment of business applications, ensuring alignment with IT infrastructure.Assist in developing technical documentation, guides, and policies for internal teams.Continuously evaluate industry trends (especially AI) and propose new technologies and solutions to improve systems and efficiency.Understanding and experience with using/connecting LLMs to internal company data sources to provide accurate, context-aware, and secure AI solutions.Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.  Required Skills and Experience:A strong understanding of computer hardware, systems, operating systems, networking, and automation.Experience with IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management, including business systems and cloud technologies.Hands-on experience troubleshooting IT systems and networks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices for ensuring system integrity and confidentiality.Proficient in managing IT projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving with an eye for detail and efficiency.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Fluency in Korean is a plus.  Top 3 Skills: IT AutomationJira AdministrationIdentity Administration  Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00- $60.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
