Job Responsibilities: Perform tasks necessary to support the production and assembly processAssist with the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of component parts and finished productsMaintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and quality standardsUse hand tools and equipment to assemble or repair parts and productsRead and interpret technical documents such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and written instructionsFollow detailed verbal and written instructions accuratelyWork collaboratively with other team members on the production line to assemble products efficientlyMaintain attention to detail to ensure high quality workmanship Qualifications: Manufacturing or assembly experience preferredMechanical aptitude and strong attention to detailAbility to read and follow instructions and technical documentsStrong teamwork skills and reliabilityWillingness to learn and grow within the role
