Systems Engineering Translate mission goals into requirements, interfaces, and verification plans that teams can execute. Spacecraft Engineering Support spacecraft bus and payload engineering across design, integration, test, and deployment. § Acquisition Shape decisions and artifacts that move procurements from intent to award with confidence. Program Support Develop strategies to plan, program, budget, and execute complex systems. Modeling and Simulation Run trades and performance analyses to de-risk decisions and quantify mission outcomes early. Data Analytics Turn operational and engineering data into decision-ready insights and measurable improvements. Systems Engineer Role details Role Description Lead system-level trades and architecture decisions, partnering across engineering and program teams Responsibilities Develop system architectures, CONOPS, and requirements for satellite missions Develop integration and test plans to validate system performance Coordinate with stakeholders to drive alignment Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field 5+ years of experience in systems engineering for space systems Work Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site) Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 (commensurate with experience) What to Expect What it's like to do your best work here.
