Foundry ManagerASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Molding Superintendent to manage all aspects of Foundry Department operations in a high-volume production environment, as well as meet the goals and objectives set by the plant leadership team. A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills as well as working knowledge of green sand molding processes and molding machinery.Department: Manufacturing - FoundryEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Columbia, PA - PlantWorkplace type: OnsiteHow You Will HelpDirect a team Molding Supervisors to meet company quality, safety and production goalsLead quality and safety audits to maintain and improve the ISO-9001:2015 implementation of work procedures and policies in the Molding DepartmentEffectively work with other department leaders to maximize the productive use of reports, analysis, data and technical assistance provided by those departmentsWork with EHS to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding the melt departmentCoordinate Engineering, Production Control and Maintenance efforts to maximize productivity and efficiency of manufacturing assets and available manpowerWhat You Will BringHigh School Diploma required.
