IT Infrastructure Program Manager

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Program ManagerLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Employment Type: Contract (10 months)🔹 About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale initiatives across infrastructure and cloud environments. This role requires strong program governance, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience driving infrastructure transformation programs.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end infrastructure programs including cloud migration, system upgrades, and enterprise deploymentsDefine and manage program governance, operating models, and execution plansCoordinate across multiple workstreams (infrastructure, network, security, application teams)Track and report program health, risks, dependencies, and financialsFacilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and executive reportingEnsure adherence to IT controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsManage program documentation including RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports🔹 Required Skills10+ years of Program/Project Management experienceStrong experience with IT Infrastructure programs (data center, cloud, network, migrations)Experience working in a PMO or enterprise program environmentKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologiesHands-on experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity, or Azure DevOpsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills🔹 Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial services or regulated environmentsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)PMP or Agile certifications🔹 Work ModelHybrid: Tuesday–Thursday onsite in Chicago, ILIf you're interested, please share your updated resume along with your current location and work authorization.
