We’re looking for a Senior AI Developer Engineer (Java + Python) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, scalable systems that power next-generation digital experiences.What you’ll do:Design and build intelligent systems that support coding, testing, code review, and release processes.Leverage LLMs to automate repetitive tasks and enhance developer productivity.Develop scalable Python services and APIs for internal developer tooling.Build and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools.Implement and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines and zero-touch deployments.Collaborate with AI, platform, and product teams to identify and deliver high-impact automation solutions.Continuously improve developer workflows through AI-driven innovations.What we’re looking for:Based in a Latin American country.5+ years of experience in software engineering.Strong proficiency in Python * Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible).Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Interest in applying AI to improve and automate software development processes.Previous experience with US-based companies.What would be a plus: Experience building internal developer tools or platforms.Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.Contributions to open-source projects, especially in dev tools or AI/ML.Experience working in AI-driven product environments.
