Open Roles Data Analyst Turn complex datasets into actionable insight that drives engineering, operations, and business decisions. Data Lead A hands-on technical role. You'll be deep in the work: designing, building, and delivering solutions for AAM across data science, data architecture, and data engineering, while serving as a go-to technical expert for the team. Aviation weather experience is a plus. Human Factors Specialist Apply human factors principles to keep people at the center of our aviation systems, interfaces, operational design and safety assurance. What We're Looking For Proven experience in data analytics, data science, data architecture, or data engineering (role-dependent) For Data Leads: deep hands-on technical expertise across data science, data architecture, and data engineering — someone who leads by doing For Human Factors: background in human factors engineering, ergonomics, or human-systems integration Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in Aviation and/or Advance Air Mobility (AAM) Industry How to Apply Submit your resume to resume@aertron.com and indicate the role you're interested in.
