Exceptional Compensation Starting at $15,000/month on a PRN basis. About the Concierge Live-In Role At Koplin Consulting, we believe the most effective mental health support occurs within real life—not just clinical offices. Our live-in specialists provide bespoke, around-the-clock support, tailored to the client’s unique clinical needs, personality, family dynamics, and environment. Each placement is intentionally designed with a “best-fit match” philosophy, ensuring alignment between clinician expertise and client needs. Our specialists serve as a trusted extension of the treatment team, offering stability, structure, and immediate support while maintaining professionalism, boundaries, and discretion. Key Responsibilities Concierge Live-In Clinical Support Provide consistent, daily in-home support with a high level of presence, responsiveness, and professionalism, helping clients navigate real-time mental health challenges. Personalized Therapeutic Implementation Apply evidence-based clinical approaches (CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, trauma-informed care) in a flexible, individualized manner that adapts to the client’s daily life. Daily Structure & Skill Development Support clients in building sustainable routines, emotional regulation skills, coping strategies, and independence within their home and community. Real-Time Intervention & De-escalation Offer calm, skilled support during periods of distress or crisis, utilizing effective de-escalation and grounding techniques as needed. Family Partnership & Communication Collaborate closely with families and support systems, improving communication and strengthening relationships while maintaining clinical boundaries. Care Coordination & Planning Accompany clients to appointments, meetings, and activities; assist with coordination among providers; and contribute to thoughtful, individualized care planning and documentation. Goal-Oriented Support Help clients pursue educational, vocational, social, or independent living goals, addressing barriers related to mental health symptoms. Qualifications Education (Preferred): Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field. Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with individuals diagnosed with Mental Health Disorders. Population Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with children and/or adolescents (as applicable). Clinical Knowledge: Strong foundation in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
