Associate Equipment Lifecycle Support Analyst Parenteral EnvironmentBrooksource Elevate ProgramABOUT THE ROLEThis role is ideal for recent graduates, early-career professionals, veterans, or individuals new to the pharmaceutical industry who are interested in building experience in quality, laboratory operations, and regulated environments.As an Associate Equipment Lifecycle Support Analyst, you will support the management and qualification of laboratory equipment within the Parenteral Environment. You will work alongside experienced scientists, engineers, and quality professionals while learning how equipment is specified, qualified, maintained, and kept in compliance with quality and safety standards. Elevate is especially beneficial for recent graduates and veterans transitioning to civilian careers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment in accordance with HSE policiesSupport equipment qualification and validation documentationAssist with execution and review of qualification activitiesLearn equipment specification, purchasing, and lifecycle supportCoordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activitiesCommunicate with internal teams and external vendorsGain exposure to computer system validation (CSV) and data integrity practicesApply quality principles including GMPs and corporate proceduresSupport investigations, change controls, and CAPAsBuild troubleshooting, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, IT, or related field OR relevant hands-on experience (academic, military, manufacturing, or technical)Interest in laboratory operations, quality systems, or regulated industriesStrong attention to detail and communication skillsGMP or pharmaceutical experience is helpful but not requiredWORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULEMonday–Friday, standard 8-hour shiftsOccasional additional hours may be requiredMinimal travelWork performed in a parenteral manufacturing environmentSome allergens may be presentWHY THIS ROLEThis position provides a strong foundation for careers in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Laboratory Operations, Equipment Validation, and Life Sciences, with long-term development support through Brooksource’s Elevate Program.
