Administer user roles, system updates, and 3rd party integrations. Supporting compliance, accounting, leasing, and operational departments. This role ensures data integrity and optimizes workflows.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a Sr Yardi Administrator This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $90,000 - $110,000Candidates to be considered must reside in one of the following states: California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Georgia or Florida.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration and ConfigurationManage, configure, and maintain Yardi modules (Voyager, Yardi Affordable, CRMIQ, Account Trees, etc.)Setup of Affordable Projects (HUD, Tax Credit, 50059, Local Programs, etc.) within Yardi AffordableCoordinate and test plugin upgrades, patch installations, and release testing.Configure workflows, security roles, permissions, user accounts, and property setups.Customize dashboards, reports, menus, and data interfaces based on business needs.Configure integrations with 3rd party partnersData Management and Reporting Oversee data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct data audits.Create and maintain custom reports. sing Yardi Report Scheduler and Task Runner. Support financial reporting, budgeting, and property financial processes.Use Yardi Report Scheduler and Task Runner.Manage imports/exports, bulk data operations, Y2Y, and integration with third-party systems. Technical Support & TroubleshootingAct as the primary point of escalation for Yardi system issues and user support.Resolve application errors, functional issues, and system performance challenges.Work closely with internal IT team and Yardi support to diagnose and fix complex problems.Provide training and documentation for end-users.Process OptimizationAnalyze existing workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.Support new property onboarding, acquisition setups, and portfolio expansions.Implement automation, process enhancements, and system best practices.All Other Duties As AssignedWho You Are: (Requirements of the Position)Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager administration or related Yardi platforms.Strong understanding of property management, accounting workflows, and multi family real estate operations.Proficiency with SQL queries, data validation, and reporting tools.Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.Expertise with modules like Voyager Residential, PAYScan, Affordable Housing, Elevate, CRMIQStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Function well in a team as well as a setting with limited supervisionWhy You'll Love Working HereCONAM Management Corporation is more than just a job — it’s a career where you can grow and be recognized for your expertise in Property Management.
