This role owns the wealth plan, orchestrates investments/tax/estate/trust deliverables, and ensures a white‑glove client experience across all touchpoints.This is a high‑visibility seat with meaningful impact, a collaborative culture, and a leadership team committed to excellence. The role is fully on‑site with standard hours of approximately 8am–7pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and travel.What You’ll DoServe as the single‑threaded relationship owner for UHNW familiesMaintain and execute the family’s wealth plan, IPS, asset allocation, liquidity, and risk strategyCoordinate across investments, tax, estate, trust, legal, and operations teamsLead quarterly family meetings, deliver consolidated reporting, and track action itemsManage capital calls, private deals, K‑1s, and multi‑entity structuresEnsure documentation completeness, compliance, and timely follow‑throughIdentify value‑add opportunities across philanthropy, credit, insurance, and co‑investmentsProvide leadership to associates/analysts as the team growsWhat You Bring3–7 years of experience in a family office, UHNW RIA, private bank, or trust/estate environmentStrong understanding of wealth planning, tax/estate coordination, trust mechanics, and liquidity planningExperience working with UHNW or complex multi‑entity clientsHigh EQ, exceptional organization, and the ability to simplify complexityStrong communication skills and confidence leading client meetingsProactive, ownership‑driven mindset with excellent follow‑throughBachelor’s degree in Finance/Business; CFP®, CFA®, CPA, or JD/LLM exposure is a plusTools & Systems (Preferred)CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, or PractifiReporting: Addepar, Black Diamond, or TamaracMicrosoft 365, SharePoint/OneDrive, eSignature platformsCompensation$100,000–$120,000 base salaryPerformance‑based incentivesStandard benefits packageWhy This Role Is CompellingDirect impact on remarkable UHNW familiesHigh‑agency, low‑bureaucracy cultureExposure to public and private markets, tax/estate strategy, and multi‑entity planningClear path for growth within a sophisticated family office platform
