*August Start* Growing Direct Primary Care & Wellness ClinicA growing direct primary care clinic is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to help expand and lead the clinic's aesthetic and med spa service line.This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who is passionate about cosmetic medicine, enjoys patient-facing autonomy, and wants to play a key role in building a rapidly growing aesthetic practice from the ground up. The position will begin part-time with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time role within approximately 3–6 months. Position FocusThis role is centered around aesthetic and cosmetic services rather than traditional primary care.Services and procedures may include:Cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatmentsMed spa servicesLaser proceduresSkin tightening and body contouringScar reduction and skin rejuvenationPatient consultations and treatment planning The clinic utilizes Morpheus8, a leading radiofrequency microneedling platform commonly used for:Skin tighteningLoose skin after weight lossScar treatmentBody contouringSkin rejuvenation Core ResponsibilitiesThe provider will primarily:Learn and operate aesthetic equipment and devicesPerform cosmetic and med spa proceduresManage patient appointments and follow-up careBuild strong patient relationships and retentionHelp grow and expand the clinic's aesthetic offeringsContribute to the development of future cosmetic services This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within the aesthetics space and take ownership of a developing service line. Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:Passionate about aesthetics and med spa medicineComfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomyPatient-focused with strong communication skillsEntrepreneurial and excited about helping grow a new programInterested in long-term growth within cosmetic medicine Experience in aesthetics is preferred, but motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
