As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be traveling to different locations each day, operating our provided carpet and floor cleaning machinery, and servicing a variety of floors, including tile, wood, carpet, stone, and more. You will also be maintaining all equipment used, moving furniture to prepare rooms for cleaning, treating stains, and restocking all equipment and supplies between cleans. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoys learning new techniques and methods for cleaning.ResponsibilitiesTravel to a variety of locations to maintain and clean many different flooring types or upholsteryMove furniture or other customer’s items with care to clean under and around themCommunicate professionally and effectively with customers to provide them with an excellent experienceWork closely with other team members to complete a common goalMaintain all equipment used, restock supplies between cleanings, and overall foster a clean, safe work environment at all timesQualificationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to work well within a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills
