Otolaryngology Physician

Facility in Peoria, IL seeking ENT locums coverage Rates: $350/hr Opportunity Highlights Part-Time Schedule: Seeking coverage for one week per month (Sunday through Saturday). Weekday Schedule: 8 hours of clinic per day (Monday-Friday), followed by required night call coverage. Weekend Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (Saturday and Sunday only, no clinic). Scope of Work: Provide General ENT evaluations and procedures in the clinic, handle inpatient consults as needed, and cover emergency/after-hours call. Setting: Hospital-based (Level I Trauma) with clinic integration. You will not work solo but will coordinate closely with hospital staff and specialty teams. EMR: The facility uses EPIC for charting. Privileging: Estimated time to secure privileges (Full or Temp) is 60 days. Requirements Board Status: Board Certified in Otolaryngology is REQUIRED. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience is required. Licensure: An Active Illinois State License is REQUIRED. IMLC will not be considered. Certifications: Active ACLS, BLS, DEA, and CSR licenses are required. Commitment: Must have the ability to provide consistent monthly availability (one full week per month).
